Hi everyone!

I'm a new addition to the Pentax fan club

I had a Sony DSC-P-73 several years ago (manual mode!), and after that I went on purchasing a Canon PowerShot S95, which I loved (and still do).
Most recently, my interest in photography grew, and after reading DSLR reviews on and off for around 4 weeks (it's too long, I confess) I chose a Pentax K-50, with the 18-135mm.

Funnily enough, I was pretty much decided on a Nikon 3x00/5x00 just days before getting the Pentax, but after going to a shop and trying out the K-50 I was deeply in love

Welcome ot the clubhouse! The 18-135 has a good following here. It's my only WR lens, so it's on my camera a fair amount. It lets me take the camera out when the weather is uncertain, and it's paid dividends a few times. It's very reassuring to have a WR setup, this is one of the primary reason I chose the Pentax system.
