Hello from a first time camera user oh god

Nice to meet you all!

Just recently purchased my first ever camera--the Pentax Q10. Finally stepped up from a crappy phone cam. If anyone's curious, I can post a few of my better pics that I've taken with my phone.
I look forward to learning more about cameras and participating on these forums.
