Hi from Sweden

New member here, always used nikon but now I own a Pentax k7. I wanted to try it with old m42 lenses and it works great. No lins adapter needed and SR build in the camera. Happy so far :-)

Welcome it's good Pentax is doing what you need, I switched over some 30 years back, other brands for work, Pentax for pleasure.

One big advantage with Pentax verses nikon is the focal distance. And you can use nikon, Pentax and m42 lenses without changing focal length. So i started up with a second hand k7 to see if it works, it does :-)
