Hi from Scotland

Am starting to play with my new premium Q7 ed - with x4 lens set 01 02 06 and 08 - really looking forward to trying them all out - and linking up with others using them
Already read fascinating thread on here on use of adapted lenses with Q system - for both extra reach and macro. Fascinating. Meantime though I will be concentrating on the four lenses I have as part of Q7 system.

I also have an Olympus Stylus 1 (same size sensor as Q7) with constant 2.8 28-300 fixed lens. It will be fun comparing and contrasting the two systems and finding out what optimal use is for each!

Anyway big Hi to everyone!

Charlie

The good thing about this forum is that you speak Scottish and I speak Australian but we can still understand each other. LOL

Guinness is a popular Irish (not Scottish) dry stout that originated in the brewery of Arthur Guinness at St. James's Gate, Dublin.

Welcome to the best camera forum on the web Charlie! I am descended from the Scots, so like with Kerrodown, we may be distant cousins. My grandmother always told me that I had rich relatives in Scotland who had castles, but they likely had no clue I even existed.

Tough luck, eh?

Aye, I was intimidated by all there is to see and do here at first too, but after a bit of time I felt like I knew the place like the back of my hand.
