Hello new to the forum

Hello all,

I'm new to the Pentax forums. I'm from Vancouver, BC. I've been shooting Pentax since 2006. I started with a k100d, and just recently upgraded to a K5-II and loving it so far. I love to shoot landscapes and architecture, and recently I've been loving my 50mm 1.7. Been looking to upgrade my lenses soon, so I'm looking forward to reading up the wealth of knowledge here on the forums.

Welcome to the clubhouse!

The 18-135 is great if you're an outdoorsy type.

Thanks for the suggestions! Right now in my kit I have the DA 16-45mm, Pentax M 50mm 1.7, DA 50-200mm. I don't really use the 50-200 as much. I'll look at considering adding the 18-135mm. Right now I'm really loving the primes, not only for the IQ but the size and weight. I may consider adding a 40mm or 21mm limited at some point.

Welcome aboard, those 50s are just great lenses and are difficult to beat.
