Howdy from North Carolina

It's funny. I went completely digital in '99 and now I'm taking a huge step backward by going back into film. Maybe I'm just old, but damn it, I've missed film. I recently purchased a complete Pentax 645 (the original film camera) outfit from a guy on Craig's List. I've been looking for some decent "how-to" videos on the 645 on YouTube but can only find videos for the undated versions of the 645 or the digital version. Can anybody share some recommendations or links ? I have downloaded the original manual and have to say that it left me... well... kinda konfused.

Welcome -- be sure to check out the Medium Format forum here -- it's quite active, with plenty of 645 film shooters.

Welcome aboard, there many folk here who shoot both film and digital, enjoy that 645 once you've got it mastered.
