Hello, I am Radhakrishnan from Secunderabad, India.
I am 47 years old and had been shooting film since my teens.
Although late, I have decided to try digital, and have purchased a new Pentax K-500 with 18-55mm lens kit.
The camera reached me yesterday only, and I am in the process of reading the user manual.

Hope to learn a lot from the experienced members here.

Welcome aboard! You have a big advantage in that you already understand exposure. You just have to adjust to the digital world - like getting used to taking usable pictures at 6400 ISO
