Take a look at our user reviews of the different 645 lenses. I think the list of most popular lenses speaks for itself, but you should also consider the DFA 55mm F2.8 to start out with, as it's a quality (modern) lens at an affordable price.

Remember that the 645D system is "cropped" compared to film 645 cameras. The crop factor is 1.27x and here's a table of FOV equivalencies:

If you want a field of view equivalent to 21mm, you'd have to drop $5k on the Pentax 25mm F4:

28mm would be more manageable, via the A or FA 35mm F3.5.

Nope, all the zooms are 2x or less. If you want to use zooms (or telephoto lenses for that matter), stick to full-frame
A good "everyday" zoom is the 45-85mm, but honestly you might as well pick one prime in that range and roll with it.
