Hi guys,
I'm a total newbie here, i just got my first DSLR of my life, a Pentax K5 IIS, so excited ^^ Heard a lot of good reviews on this one and for a noob like me, a K3 seems to be too much for now. My first lens is a Tamron 18-200mm, not too bad for travel, I bought another tamron 17-50 F2.8 based on reviews in this forum, got a bad copy with back focus. Just got a sigma 17-50mm 2.8 to replace the tamron and so far so good.
Hope to learn a lot from you guys

My boss has the Sigma 17-50 2.8 for his Nikon and I'm impressed with some pictures he's taken with it.

I'm very content with what the sigma delivered and I recommend this lens to any beginner I know
