Just got a K30 with kit lens and so far I really like the camera.
Have had Nikon, Canon, Fuji, Olympus and many others over the years, been trying to take photographs since ASA10 and have managed a few good shots over the years.
Looks like an informative forum and will be fun to explore.

Not that many months back, I was the new old guy myself (or "late middle age", as I like to call it); with a pretty solid film photography background, but two decades away from the craft. Now, my bank withdrawals have increased some, but I feel re-connected with something worthwhile, that today has so many new possibilities available to explore. So welcome. You've come to the right place!

Welcome to the forum Jerry! I started shooting Pentax when Kodak XX (double X) was still available. Looking forward to seeing your images.
