Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I've been a Pentax user for almost 40 years aquiring my first Pentax, an SV, in 1970. I bought my SPII brand new in 1972 in Greece and still have it. Was given a Program Plus by my mother that she was using but it's now inop so I replaced it with a Super Program and I recently aquired a nice S1a and a mint H1a with clip on shoe and meter. Finally as a reward for one year of not smoking, I treated myself to a K100D Super which cost about the same amount as I would have spent on cigarettes over that year.
I meant to add, the auto exposure cameras (digital or film) are nice but when it comes to that one shot you just have to get, I'll take one of the old manual cameras with a roll of Portra any day.
