Hello from Melbourne, Australia

Hi everyone,

I am the proud owner of a K-30 since February. Love it! I stumbled over this forum through my recently developed interest in astrophotography. Actually the interest has been there for some time - I just never had the equipment to do anything about it. So after reading posts for a while and getting pop-ups asking me "why not join the forum", here I am. I might add some of my initial attempts of the night sky in an album and I am sure that I will have some questions in the future.

I always thought those popups were annoying.. but I guess they serve their purpose haha

This site is full of pretty good help.. outside of news and Rumors and the Pentax FF forums.. when you do have a question, do feel free to ask -- there might be someone lurking like you did wondering the same question! :c )
