Hello from Korea

I have always enjoyed taking photos and have until now used my dad's Canon 500D when I had the chance. But after some time I wanted a camera for my own. After months of surfing the web and watching the used markets (and saving money) I finally came across a K5-iis in good condition with under 3000 counts. And thus I acquired my first camera. I am a complete amateur when it comes to photography but I am looking forward to improving it and some day contributing to the already excellent collection of photos on this forum.

Hope to be posting soon

Welcome to the forums! You've purchased a great camera - one you should be able to grow with as your photography skills grow.

Thank you all for your warm welcomes. I am a univ. student so I can't go on photo excursions as often as I would like. But winter break is almost here and I am looking forward taking full advantage of the K5's WR

안녕하세요

탑승을 환영합니다

I spent two weeks in Korea in 1994. Beautiful country. It was however quite a shock to go up to the DMZ.
The Korean Folk Village was very interesting.
