Hello From Tunisia

Hi guys
So my name is Taieb i'm fom Tunisia, 21 years Old, studying engineering.

i'll buy in a few week my first DSLR the K-50 StormTrooper edition ( Pentax K-50 DSLR Camera White with DA L 18-55mm WR Lens And Accessory Bundle 10939 C ) :excited:

But for the moment i'm looking for an Asahi Pentax K 1000 in good conditions ( They are expensive on ebay and not in good conditions :/ ) .
I would like to buy that camera to start studying photography.
I'm leaving in tunisia, i have family around the world France , USA , Canada.

Ahla wsahla! Keep checking eBay and other used camera site, K1000's are great cameras to learn photography on, I've had one for over 30 years and I even took it to Tunis and Carthage in 1997. I look forward to seeing your pictures.

The K1000 is overpriced because a lot of hipsters think they're a big deal.

Should i look at at a KX or an ME Super instead ?

I don't have a K1000, but I do have a ME Super that I would sell. Send me a PM if interested. It won't be expensive as I don't use it. I can even include a 28mm Wide lens.
