Welcome!

You might want to post your request in the 'wanted' section: Wanted Items - PentaxForums.com Not everyone reads the intro topics.

Do you have a particular lens in mind? I do not think Pentax ever made a 70-300 though there are third party ones available.

Pentax made two zoom lenses smc models, the 70-210 and the 80-200mm but no 300mm long end. You might consider the DA 55-300mm as an option.

There's also the Pentax F100-300 or FA100-300. Pretty decent, and fairly inexpensive zooms. Of course, the DA or DAL 55-300 is a popular choice (and a good lens).

You should get a Pentax 55-300mm, either the HD DA version, the SMC DA version (second hand) or the cheaper DA L version (second hand).

Yeah, there's a 100-300 lens out there. I have one that I got probably about 15 years ago, and actually had forgotten about it until a month or two ago.

Then there's this: SMC Pentax-FA J 75-300mm F4.5-5.8 AL Reviews - FA J Zoom Lenses - Pentax Lens Reviews & Lens Database
and this: SMC Pentax-FA 80-320mm F4.5-5.6 Reviews - FA Zoom Lenses - Pentax Lens Reviews & Lens Database
But I believe the 55-300mm is a better lens than those two.

Since macro is mentioned in the original post, note the minimum focus distance of a number of the lenses mentioned is quite long - e.g. 1.4m for the 55-300. Many people get around that limitation by also getting a Raynox 150. Lots of posts about this on the forum.

Welcome too.

I had one of these Sigma 70-300mm APO DG Macro. It was fairly sharp until 300. Never heard of a Pentax lens 70-300.

Also had a Pentax F 100-300. The Sigma was the better of the two with less CA.
