Gidday from Middle Earth (New Zealand)

Hi Everyone. Long time long visitor to this site but only recently registered. Have been DSLR user since the 100D and currently owns a K-r, looking to upgrade to the KS1 to go with my new Sigma 18-35mm which is the talk of the town (so to speak) at the moment.

Thanks for the welcome. Here's a place I visited just last week, its called Fielding. Voted best small town many times over. All taken with the Sigma 18-35mm with no AF issues.

One thing that jumps out from these images, is that there is no real traffic or people, is this a quiet place to be.

There is actually more traffic now than it used to be. Its a small rural town and the photos were taken during a weekday where the locals were at work and visitors were scant. Nice place and plenty of open spaces, especially parks.
