Just new K-3 owner :)

Hello!

K10->K7 and now K-3. I just got it and battery is being charged now.
Very excited about it and hold some big hopes Especially usable ISO range (I hope).

I did the same camera progression you did. As happy as I was with the K-7 the K-3 is so much more. I did find that I had to rethink how I handled high ISO and noise reduction. The K-3 is a little noisier than the 16mpixel sensors but after noise reduction it's similar but with more detail. The biggest difference you may find is just how much extra dynamic range you have over the K-7 you can underexposed far more yet pull up the exposure. And then there is the speed of operation the K-3 is very fast even the viewfinder blackout is super quick. Have fun

I think you will like it. I went K10, K5,K3, and certainly I thought the changes were worth while.

Welcome, the charging seems like to take forever, when your waiting to try a new camera out.
