Where can I find some HELP,......

Hi everyone,

Where can I find some HELP with a site log-on issue I'm having, I tried to log-on earlier tonight and got an error message saying that my username or password was incorrect and I know for a fact it was correct because my pc remembered it and it was stored, so what's going on with the log-on / password error message ?

If I have to reset my password every time I want to check out whats going on on this forum I'm just not going to do it because it's just to frustrating going through the process !

If the system tells you your login is incorrect, then it's incorrect. It's as simple as that, though the cause could be more obscure. Try clearing your cookies and ensuring that any browser add-ons related to logins are disabled.

Try changing your password to something trivial via this page, and see if you can still log in:

Just a small thought easy to do maybe your caps lock was on

Hi Adam,

I just tried to log on with my new "Reset Password" and got the same log on error message as before, I went into my email and copied the New Password and then pasted it into the log on password box and finally was able to log on, it seems that my new password was not reset at all and I have no idea why the old password would not work as it had been working just fine.

I have I don't know how many passwords saved in my computer and the only one I seem to having a problem with is this Pentax Forum log on so I'm pretty sure it's not my machine causing it.

Thanks for the help but if getting here is going to be such a PITA, then I'd rather be someplace else, so far I've found this site not very user friendly at all.
