I am amateur photographer from Ukraine, Kharkiv. My father was professional in Soviet times and he gave me a love of photography. My first camera I had been given on my birthday was Zenit E with Industar 50mm f/3.5. I spent many time with it from my 10 to 15 years - and also in a dark room under red light. It was some kind of alchemy.
Then we forgot photography for a long time. But in digital era I start again with Nikon D40.
I've been Pentax user for last two years. My equipment is: Pentax K-01, Pentax K10D and a small collection of AF and MF lenses. I`m very happy with this system, it's color rendition and optics (Talumar's, K, M and DA lenses). And also I like this site, because all this time it was my most important source of information about Pentax. So I hope to share experiences with other pentaxians.
