Hi everyone!

I'm new to posting but have been reading threads here for a while. Photography is a hobby I've picked up in the past few years and I'm still learning the basics and everything else. I'm a husband and father of a 5 year old boy, with a second on the way! Mainly I'm taking pictures of my family and places we go but I would like to get better at portraiture and sports shooting. I started off (expensively) shooting Canon a couple years ago and couldn't justify equipment that cost almost as much as a car! Now I've switched over to the world of Pentax and loving every minute of it!

Here's two of my favorite shots so far with my K-50. First one shot with my Rokinon 85mm f/1.4 and the second with my Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm f/3.5. I LOVE being able to afford lenses and still have image stabilization - thank you eBay and Pentax IBIS!
