Hi everyone,
I just recently purchased a Pentax K3 that came with a SMC DA 50mm 1.8, JC Penny 135mm 2.8, SMC FA 28-80mm 3.5-4.7, SMC 80-200mm 4.7-5.6, and battery grip. My Fuji S5 served me well but it was time for me to get a better spec gear. I also have a Pentax 67ii, and Pentax Spotmatic. My daughter won a Theta for submitting a writing contest to Pentax. My wish list is to one day own a 645Z or even a 645D.

Many folks either go for Nikon, Canon, and now Sony but I try to be different by as a personal challenge by going with other brands. I do have a large photography group here in the Bay Area where we do many group photo shoots, and I hope to show them that you don't need to have expensive gear, or big popular brands to create beautiful images. We do have many medium format film/digital members in the group and it would be nice to show them how a 645Z (or D) performs.

Great welcome to the forum Erwin. I'm also in the Bay Area. I've got a two different JC Penny 135mm F.2.8 as well that is pretty amazing glass. I'm beginning to learn more about photography and wondering how those group shoots are like.
