Hello from Canada

Hello All,

Just registering on this site as I have picked up my first Pentax camera (K-3 with 18-135 WR Lens).
I've previously had a Nikon, but switched as I really needed a weatherproof camera, and thought Pentax had the best overall camera for that.
Hoping to find lots of useful information on here.

Welcome to the forum! The weather sealing is a very nice feature to have. Hope lens buying addiction doesn't bite you otherwise you will wake up one day with a whole nunch of lenses that you probably don't need!

Welcome aboard, that's great start up Pentax equipment you bought there, straight in at the top, enjoy your photography with it.

Thanks! I got pretty into it with my Nikon D3200, so I figured when I switched, I would upgrade as well. I'm really enjoying the photography part of it, and since I get to travel with my job, I am able to get shots from all over North America and Europe.
