Bonjour from a strange country named France

Hello I apologize in advance for my english! I come here because I spend more ans more time on this forum so why not get register and participate.
I'm 40 and I'm a Pentax lover from allways, I began with Spotmatic 42 screw mount and some Takumar lens and here comes the DSLR and pentax keep the K mount so it was easy to make my choise
I learn with 24x36 frame and I feel a little bit claustrophobic in the apsc systeme but the recent full frame annonce make me happy but I hope that it's not a "fool framed" camera if I may say ^^

Welcome from Chicago!

You might not be as constricted by APSC as you might think. The images are huge. I'd think you might have fun with a K10 or K20, replace the stock focus screen with a split-focus screen and use it with manual M or A series lenses.

Welcome!
Don't start to shoot 6x9, you will look at the 135 cameras like they produce itsy bitsy teenie weenie negatives.
I bought a 6x6 one to get a smaller more common size.

Welcome to the forum! Don't worry about your English as it's probably better than ours! Looking forward to seeing some of your images.

Not sure what you mean but the key feature for me is the big viewfinder like my Pentax MX, it's the only way to get back my sharp eye for compose images. Did you had a glance in a Mamiya ZD viewfinder? that what I mean ^^

It's too late and too expensive and now with the digital you pay the lenses, the camera and the powerfull computer you need to purchase for the huge data that bring this kind of camera .

well indeed, it's appropriate, I cannot think nothing else ...

Welcome aboard!! I hate to admit it but I purchased my Sportmatic II before you were born. Still have it too. Your English is way better than my French so no need to apologize.

A warm 'Welcome' from Germany and an envious view to the neighbour country, where Pentax is most popular in Europe ...

Got me there, but I don't even remember what year I got it. I guess I will have to substitute Mamiya/Sekor 500DTL for Sportmatic II. I had that camera several years before I got my Spotmatic II. I think I got that camera in 1970 or or 1971. I still have both of them. I loved the spot metering capability of the Mamiya/Sekor. I never could figure out why a camera with the name Spotmatic did not have a spot meter.
