I have a Pentax K1000 and I'm looking for the best way to integrate K-mount lens on nikon or canon.

Welcome to the forum, the quick way is to buy a Pentax DSLR body, but I appreciate that this may not be the most helpful reply your going to receive.

Welcome from Iowa!
Adapters are made to connect K or m42 to what you have. Just check fleabay and that should set you up. But I'm with Kerrowdown why not just grab a Pentax body and create a k-mount kit that way. You will get better functionality, and more than one camera is cool!
