Pentax has too many amazing nifty fifties to chose, the coveted -K/A 50mm f1.2 is superb and costs mucho dinero, but I'd recommend the Super-Tak 50mm f1.4 (early 8-element) planar design, an optically outstanding lens. As for the 135 focal length my heart belongs to the -F 135mm f2.8 (I have drawn a gold star next to the letter F on my copy because she deserves it)

I'm a big fan of the smc-A 50mm f/2.8 macro
+1 on that, I picked up one last Summer and have been having some interesting times... with all this forwards and backwards focusing.

I have the later 7 element super takumar 50 1.4 and I love it. Unfortunately last time I pulled it out to play with it it has fallen victim to the common yellowing problem :-(

Do you have any sample photos with the 135 macro? I would be really interested in how it preforms!

In the past, I've addressed the yellowing problem with a simple UV sanitizer wand it works very well....
