Hi,

I have a Pentax SFXn 35mm which I am finally putting out to pasture and going the DSLR route. I have 2 lenses that came with the SFXn, a 50mm and a 70 - 210mm which I will use until I can get a DSLR lens.

I was looking at the K10D, but the price on Amazon jumped from 670 to 970's and now to 1000ish, so I have decided to go with the K200D.

Am looking to purchase in early July and look forward to sharing with all in these forums.

Welcome. The price for the K10 may change between now and July. If not, the K200 seems to be getting rave reviews from it's owners. Good luck whatever you choose. I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of your island.
