I've been a Pentax user since picking up a K100D Super back in 2008. I've been using this as my main camera ever since (old habits die hard).
It's been used for general, family and product photography ( I restore furniture for a living and photograph the results)

I attend a lot of general auctions in my job and when lenses come up I usually end up bidding on them. This site has been an amazing resource for researching these both in terms of quality, price (I'm not going to pay silly money) and repairing/cleaning advice (some of the items have not been in the best shape)

So having used and abused these forums for so many years I've finally been overwhelmed with guilt and have finally got round to clicking on the irritating yellow banner that appears at the top of the page nearly every time I come here, politely suggesting I should maybe register and give something back.

So here I am. Sorry for taking so long.

One last thing - I just bought a K-S1 which should alienate me from at least 60% on the members of this site. Oh Well.
