Hello from the Borders of Portlandia

The cool kids are over the hills in PDX, but Im out in the West Hills trying to get some good shots of cherry blossoms. Im still new in digital photography and looking forward to learning more from those that do know what they are doing

Thought the cherries were done, are they still blooming on the waterfront?

Too annoying to try to park anywhere near there. I saw some fantastic shots from others already but I think its all done there. A few nice ones out west, but Im going to give up soon and switch over to something else.

Yeah that's what I thought. There are some still blooming in the Gresham area and east. I would like to do the waterfront some time but your are right it is annoying.

Welcome by the way.

Welcome to the forum, we're still awaiting for the Cherry Blossoms to arrive here, maybe the trucks got lost.

Welcome from Salem. Different varieties of flowering trees means something is always blooming. The trees at the state capital finished a couple of weeks ago but I see other trees around town that are just hitting their stride.
