I started out with a Pentax ME-Super in college back in the early 80's. I wore it out, bought another. When the digital revolution come about, I had several P.& S. brands along the way, but had a Nikon D50 for quite a few years. When it came time to upgrade, I decided to go back with Pentax. Bought a K-50 and don't know why, but didn't really like it. Sold that and picked up a K-5 iis. Love it.

Glad to be home....I can now take my lenses on and off the right way.

Welcome!

The K-5 series (and K-7 and K-3) really handles well and is a significant upgrade over the K-50.
