Introducing myself

I loved photography since I graduated ... 27 years ago. By practicing on and off over the years. In 1995 I worked for a year as an assistant at an advertising photographerI got to see the hard work of preparation that is behind every shot (there is only control exposure, lights, but also the preparation of the set ..... at that time I also learned ironing too!), I took in some marriage, but also macro insect, photo nature, mountain landscapes (My other passion is the mountain). After the arrival of the digital I thought I could not manage to adapt, then in 2012 a friend showed me the potential of the electronic image, then I bought my first digital SLR, after using Pentax p30; Z1 and as a medium format Bronica ETR. Today I own always Pentax after weighing other brands ... I still optics Pentax. My choice fell on the K5 that was at the time the flagship of Pentax. Today I can devote too little time to photography, but as soon as I can ..I still try to learn, and there's way more to do ... because now there is the "post production" that does not disdain, indeed, has rekindled my passion! I love hiking in the mountains, at high altitude also, so if I can I will put in the dock the shots that I will, I expect constructive criticism and advice that will be invaluable to me. Hello everyone !!

Welcome aboard! The K5 is a true workhorse. I'm amazed a precision instrument can be so durable.
It will be there for you when you need - though you might not want to store the battery in the camera for extended periods (years).

Just get outdoors and take some pictures!
