UP! but really the constellation perseus is where they seem to originate hence perseid meteor shower

hahaha! you bet! now I don't have that kinda wisdom just smart arsery! maybe this planetarium site will help.....it helps me a good bit but I am separated from it out in the field but my big plastic star chart is benefical

Aaron from what I have read this meteor shower is so prolific you will just need to look up and turn around and then you will see them and thats the direction and path they will take each night. Providing the sky is clear and you are not in a big city.

let's hope for clear dark skies!! only pointed out why it is called the perseid meteor shower
