Howdy From Lower Alabama

Howdy Yall! Im a new "picture taker" from the South East corner of Alabama. Most of what I do is underwater photography at the various springs/quarries/lakes around here, as well as the Gulf.

Im currently looking at getting a DSLR pentax & underwater housing to replace my POS Sealife P&S.

Oh, here's my website with some of my photos so far:

Welcome Bubba from someone who is sometimes north and sometimes due east of you. If ya get an underwater pic up close of a gator over at Wakulla (and keep all limbs) be sure and post it. Of course last time I was over there, I was wearing red & black and the gators all ran.

PSJ, Jacksonville. Nice areas. Thanks for the welcome.

I've never heard of gators in Wakulla, why'd ya have to say that? Hehe

Actually I don't think they come up in the spring area, just downriver a ways. Somewhere I have a picture of one right next to the boat.

Welcome aboard and good luck with the underwater housing!
I had one for my Pentax 35mm S1a. Never had problems with it.
