So 've finally decides to get a DSLR (Pentax K3 II + DA 55-300mm HD WR) upgrade from my iPhone photography... Am from a lil island in the Caribbean called Grenada, also known as the Isle of Spice, which am hopping to share with you guys a side of "The Island Life".
Its 5 days since i got the camera & went on to use it throughout out festive carnival, & am liking how easy it was to learn to use this camera as a beginner... here are a few of the festival

Thanks for your second post of images, another fine "Island Lady", I did visit your beautiful Isle, albeit just for the day (pulled in on cruise liner).

But in the limited time we had, due to it not being a scheduled stop over, I only really got to see the huge open market area, where there were no ladies like you portray.

I've been thinking about it since its a very small minority of DSLR owners on the island
