Hello from Poland

I am still fresh to photography. So far rather into aquarell painting than taking pictures but I decided to enter the world of capturing reality in different way. Fields of my interest would probably be landscape, portrait and some macro photography. Still before buying my first camera, considering used set of K3 or K5II with few lenses but of course I know that who stands behind the camera counts most Much learning in front of me. Why not Nikon or Canon? Not shure yet, the way Pentax paints its pictures or maybe it is my cat nature, taking things from diffrent angle most people do

Hi, and welcome! I'm certain that either one of the K-3 or K-5II would serve you well. If you search the forums you'll find many posts discussing these cameras and their individual strengths and weaknesses. You could also include the K-5IIs in your research - it has done away with the AA filter like the K-3, which is also AA filterless.

We have in-depth reviews of both cameras: K-3 here and K-5II here.

Welcome aboard!
If you consider yourself a fairly technical photographer, Pentax has a lot to offer.

Welcome, enjoy which ever camera you decide to choose, the image is all at the end of the day... not the equipment used.
