Hi, I found this forum after purchasing my new Pentax K200D with kit lenses, and I'm on the process of acquiring some manual focus primes.

My photographing history started in early 80's with a plain Yashica SLR with 55mm kit lens, but at that time the hobby lasted for a few years only. When the digital cameras appeared, my interest woke up again, and after some small P&S'ers I got the Canon S2IS which kept me happy for some time. This year I decided to take the leap to digital SLR's and somehow after long sessions of reading reviews and counting budgets, I found myself owning the K200D - mostly due to build quality, the availability of older lenses and the built-in shake reduction.

I'm shooting just for fun, mostly landscapes and nature, but hopefully can dedicate enough time to the hobby to learn some basics of photography.
