Just a note at the urgent insistence of the site to wave the proverbial flag and say 'hi'. I'm in Frankfurt, Germany, after many, many years in Cape Town, South Africa - and the only reason I haven't stuck my head above the parapet since joining a week or so ago has been a deadline I've had to deal with and a job that needed to be got out of the way (book edit; not photgraphy this time). I'll check in regularly, and already have a video-related question I want to post, so let me say that I'm looking forward to being here, and go over to wherever you post questions about Pentax videos.

Thanks for the welcome - and Kerrowdown, just in passing, I'd happily rip my own head off for your lens collection. What do you call them? The girls? Also, the highlands of Scotland ... but thanks again, everyone - welcomes are much appreciated.

Girls!!!... These are my "Ladies", as they all consider themselves to be vastly superior to young girls.
