Hi from Memphis
just got the q-s1. I'm a graphic designer and i've had a Rebel Xti since i graduated college in 2010 as a way to learn more about photo processing. I found that i enjoy street shooting, but it started to become a hassle to carry around (stop me if you heard this one). I didn't have a lot of money to spend and didn't want to get anything serious so the q-s1 jumped out after a little research.

relatively still unfamiliar with pentax but i think i'll enjoy the s1.

Welcome to the forum. At least you got a Pentax - thank God for that. It wont take you long to get the LBA itch. Till then the QS1 should more than compensate.
