Newbie here

Hello everyone. I just joined this group and wanted to introduce myself. I'm getting on up there in age, not retired yet, but close. I got my first camera when I was a young boy. It was one of those instamatics, I think it was called a "Swinger". I was hooked on taking pics from that point forward. I've had quite a few cameras since then. I purchased my 1st Pentax maybe 25 years ago. Haven't owned any other brand after that 1st Pentax. I used to have several rolls of film developed every week. At one point in my life it got expensive to develop film and I just about stopped taking pictures. Around 15 years ago I converted to digital and haven't stopped taking pictures since.
I hope I can see what the rest of the world is doing with photography on this forum. From time to time I will have a question and finding the answer can be difficult. Maybe you guys can help.
I'm hoping I can improve my photography with this forum. Glad to be here.
