Hello from Queensland.

Hello all,

I think the new full frame Pentax has put the spotlight on the brand.
I have not been aware of what Pentax has been doing in the SLR arena until after looking for info about the full frame.

I have not picked up a pentax since I shot a k1000 with a 50mm decades ago but have been a Nikon SLR user for over 15 years.
It turns out the Pentax full frame is not the camera for me, but the APS-C looks fantastic with weather resistance and the limited series lenses just speak to me.
I am going to give Pentax a try as the small size along with menus and buttons that just seem to make sense to me is all very appealing.

Now, to dedicate more time for photography and to get out there when the light is good.

I am up in Maryborough, I don't get to Brisbane much, but make it to the Sunshine Coast occasionally.
