Adding myself to the discussion here to find out best practices with the 645Z system and share some cool stuff with the little powerhouse Ricoh GR.

what a great background you have! A big welcome.

In a similar way, I too used to shoot Leica and Pentax 67 "back in the day". Today I shoot Nikon D800 and Pentax K-3ii and Nikon Coolpix A (not unlike to your GR). This is a good group of people -- very informed and willing to help out. Looking forward to your insights.
