Greetings all. Long time forum member, first time poster.

I apparently created this account way back in 2008 just after I purchased my K200D, but I never got around to actually posting anything. (But I must have set up my signature way back when, that was there when I logged in!) Little did I know that quite the community has been living and growing here all this time.

Photography for me has been my way to have a little extra fun on family vacations, documenting interesting sights and invoking memories down the road.

I hope to stop by a bit more often to see what other people are up to and to share some of my work too.

Please post some shots. Are you still with the K200D? Nothing wrong with that camera. In the right hands it still delivers wonderful results (and why shouldn't it)!
I still have mine as a backup.

Yup, still on the K200D. Though I'm starting to drool over the K-3 II (and the K-1

). But I think I'm going to look at some lenses first. Maybe the plastic primes, since I just recently picked up a 55-300mm WR to cover the telephoto end.

Welcome, glad you have now begin posting. You will find a wealth of information here that will help you get the most out of your Pentax gear!
