Returning to the fold

Hi folks,

I'm Bob....an Englishman living in SW France. I used Pentax 35mm gear in the 70's and 80's before swapping over to Canon with the launch of their Eos system. I'll be hanging on to the Canon stuff for 35mm usage but I've just treated myself to a 645Z so thought it would be useful to pop in here now and again.

Cheers
Bob

Welcome! Your 645Z should be a very interesting camera to shoot with. I hope you are enjoying France. Good luck.

Thanks for the welcome everybody. I currenty use a mix or Canon and Zeiss lenses but also have some 645 lenses that I use on a Mirex tilt-shift adapter....this is why the 645Z was an attractive option. I'm happy with most aspects of my Canon gear but feel that Canon are now a long way behind the curve with their sensor technology and performance.

Thanks Terry..it's early days and 35 years since I used anything larger than 35mm.
