Hi,been looking at this site for a few years mainly in the lens review sections so now i,ve decided to register . I only have the very basics regarding camera and lens ,i used to have quite a comprehensive collection until i had a moment of madness and sold the whole shebang and immediately regretting it .

So now i'm thinking about building it back up again hopefully getting some help from you guys on here .

What do you have already? I see from your profile that you own a K20D (as you may know from viewing the forum, there are plenty of K20D owners here) - but which lenses? I have a a fair number, but in truth you can cover most photographic situations with two or three lenses

Hello! I was out walking your way yesterday. Beautiful weather, but I didn't sense much patience for photography from my walking companion.

I'd forgotten how stunning that beach is. Hopefully the summer will bring some good spells.

Yeh i have just the basic kit at the moment

Pentax k20d

Pentax 18-55 mk2

Miranda f2.8 mc macro (nice underrated and over looked lens bought yesterday for a tenner )

Pentax M 50mm f2

Nice old Manfrotto 190cl tripod and ball head .

As you can tell i'm a true tightwad scot
