I've been a Pentax user from the late 60's and continue to use my camera primarily for nature photography. About 20 years ago I bought a used Pentax 400mm lens and each time I have considered changing camera brands the expense of replacing that lens has stopped me and I've gotten a lot of great shots with it. It is still an excellent lens and I notice that the current price for a used one is almost double what I paid. I'm glad to see the arrival of the new FF camera and hope to purchase one very soon.

I live in Ontario most of the year and in Nova Scotia for about 3 months each summer where I spend a great deal of time in a canoe searching the shorelines for animals and unique and endangered plants.

While I haven't visited this forum very often in the past I have been using it a great deal lately looking for information on lenses and other camera features.
