Chocolate greets from Belgium!

Hello everyone!

I have been reading Pentax forums for a while as my in-laws are Pentax fans since years. I personally have started playing with a Canon FTb camera on film about a year ago, and somehow the photography virus got me.

Today, I bought my very first own DSLR, a Pentax K-S2. I am hoping to be able to make some decent shots one day, although il will probably take a lot of training.

Some of my Canon FTb photography, with an awful lot of misses but some pictures I am proud of, are here

I am happy to enter the "family"!

Isn't that a beauty of digital photography ? We can make tons of mistakes and it costs us very little! On film, mistakes are expensive!

Be careful as SLR photography can become an expensive hobby once you are hooked hehe

Welcome to the forums Maxime. It looks like you have obvious interest in getting nice images with your new camera. Actually while using the camera experiencing trial and error, and referring to your manual or the forums when needed can help you find what works best for you. Good luck, and enjoy.
