Greetings from Oregon!

Hello,
I've shot with my k100d for just over 10 years and it finally is having issues firing. I've still been happy with it for the most part but I am excited to upgrade for sure! I am looking at the k-5ii or k-5iis, those seem like very solid cameras. Also gives me an excuse to learn a little more about wonderful pentax lenses!
Cheers!

Welcome from a few miles north of the Columbia I started with a K100d myself, feels like I've tried everything since then too - at least once.
Good luck selecting your upgrade path, enjoy the journey!

G'day and welcome to the forums. 10 years is a good run for sure, but I expect you'll enjoy the next step too.

Good luck with the upgrade.

Tas

Hi no_sunrise. Welcome to the Pentax forums. As Tas said, you have had a great run with your K100D. Good luck with whichever of the K-5's you get, all solid performers. Good to have you aboard.

Hello and welcome to the forums - glad you could join us

Sorry to hear your K100D is finally giving up. There's a K-5II just been listed on our marketplace - in excellent condition, with less than 900 shutter actuations. Might be worth a look

Welcome to the forum, I can just see Mistress LBA over there in the corner, smiling with just a glint of teeth.
