Vancouver, WA checking in

Hello all. I joined the forum last week but am just now posting. I'm not a serious photographer but do enjoy capturing outdoor scenes including nature, street scenes, and trains. In my teens (early-mid 80's) I wanted a Pentax K1000 but my dad made me use his Olympus 35-SII instead. I still have that Olympus in mint condition but recently decided I was old enough (48) to buy my long sought after K1000. I'm looking forward to using the K1000 and rediscovering my dad's Olympus rangefinder.

Many members still " film " it here, so any help or advice you may need is only a question from you away. Good to have you here.
