Hi folks! Let me start by saying i'm happy to be here and proud to be a new member of the Pentax family. I started shooting in 2012 when i joined the military as a photographer. Ever sense then i have been addicted to photography and enjoy every second i have a camera in hand. I recently purchased a Pentax K-1 and love it! Before Pentax i shot with Sony but needed something more durable for may travels. At work we mainly shoot Nikon but i soon realized how undependable they are.

Thank you Dave! Also it was shot with a Nikon D4 at 70mm, F2.8, 1/100, 1600iso aboard the USS Green Bay. As far as lighting goes the well deck of the ship has a couple rows of white spot lights that wrap around the top of the bulkhead which provided pretty good lighting.

I'm real excited to know it won crap out on me in light rain. I had a d4 Gail on me in a drizzle at work. I don't think I have ever been that mad in my entire life haha.
