Pentax K10D

Hello,

My name is Dwayne.

I have a Pentax K10D that I bought back in 2009. I have done something to the settings that is making my photos have a green appearance. I have tried to rest both rest areas on in the menu file. but still am getting the green in the photos. Can someone please help me set my camera to the factory settings.

Firstly welcome to the forum.

On the K10D to get back to initial settings, press the menu button and look at the rear screen.

Press the arrow pad three times to the right until you get to the spanner set up menu.

Then arrow down down two full screens and on the third screen at the bottom there's a Reset option, right arrow, up arrow Reset.

I gonna have to ask, how did you end up with such a user friendly forum name?

Hi from Australia Dwayne. Welcome to the Pentax forums. As Kerrowdown said, very interesting username. Must be quite a story behind that one.
Hope your issue gets sorted. Good to have you here.

The username is in "leet" (aka "1337") and may be translated as "I like easy take pictures" or something like that.

Hello Kerrowdown,

I would first like to say thank you for the tip. I haven't been able to try it as of yet but will as soon as I get a chance; as I have been busy trying to clear my plate of thing on my to do list. Seems the older we get the larger the list and the shorter the time to clear the list. As for the user name, "smiles," I find it forces people to think which stimulates the mind.
