Hi everyone

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm an artist, who just recently got back into using film cameras for a project. I was given an Asahiflex 1a and I wanted to find out as much about it as I could, so I went to this site. It's now in for a cleaning and lubrication, nothing else is wrong with it except a bit of fungus on the lens (not bad for being stored under a bed for thirty or so years!), looking forward to actually getting to take photos with it.

oh and I also have a Spotmatic, ME and a k2. Forgot about those! :-)
The Spotmatic has been giving me issues.

Welcome! I hope your fungus problems get solved. I hear you can contaminate good lenses with a contaminated camera.

yes that was concerning. It's in for a professional CLA so that should take care of it
